Question: How do I report a labor law violator to the US Government?
Answer: Where you report a violation of labor law depends on what type of labor law is broken. Different state and federal agencies have jurisdiction over different areas of Labor law. Here are a few of the main agencies:
FLSA - The Fair Labor Standards Act is the federal law that establishes minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping, and child labor standards for full -time and part-time workers in the private sector and in Federal, State, and local governments. Suspected violations of the FLSA may be reported to:

Arizona laws
Except for the minimum wages of minors, the payment of wages, and the overtime requirements for certain public employees, workers in Arizona are governed by the FLSA. Under the Equal Wages Act, a charge must be filed with the labor department of the Industrial Commission of Arizona.
NLRA - The National Labor Relations Act is the major statute concerning labor-management relations. It protects employees' rights to form, join, or assist labor organizations (such as unions), to bargain collectively with their employer through such organizations, and to engage in other concerted activities for their mutual aid and protection or to refrain from such activities.
