What are the laws about giving a person whom works alone on a shift (eight hour shift) a lunch break, or any kind of break? Does an employer have to give them one? Does it matter where they work?

we just had a meeting last night at work and we were told that due to the holidays approaching, we will no longer be allowed to take more than 15 minute breaks, even if we are working a 12 hour shift which i am doing friday. so i understand that arizona is a right to work state but does that seriously mean i have to work 12 hours straight with nothing but 15 minutes to take a break?? and i am in retail so i am on my feet all day and i do get tired and i am a minor and i am a full time student as well as a full time employee. is this fair?

I was told today that if i get a break ok and if not,ok. Further i was pulled in the office and chewed out because i went to a suprvisor and told him i thought a co-worker was raceist. And i was told i was out of control because i cried durring a meeting. And i'm a white male who happens to shave his head. But its ok for the black workers to make racial remarks and for the women to cry.
