Answer: You can find Arizona laws through the Arizona State Legislature's website. Title 13 is the Arizona Criminal Code.
Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) 13-709.03 discusses sentencing for certain drug offenses, including the minimum, presumptive and maximum sentences.
A.R.S. § 13-3407 discusses the possession, use, administration, acquisition, sale, manufacture of transportation of dangerous drugs.
A.R.S. § 13-901.01 says that, "A person is not eligible for probation under this section but instead shall be sentenced pursuant to chapter 34 of this title if the court finds that the person was convicted of the personal possession or use of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia and the offense involved methamphetamine."
