Question: What law is broken when you toilet paper a house?
Answer: In Arizona, A.R.S. §13-1603 states that if you throw, place, drop or permit to be dropped on public or private property any litter, destructive or injurious material and do not immediately remove it, you can be charged with a misdemeanor (jail time and a fine) or a felony (prison time and a fine) depending upon what was placed on the property. Toilet paper could be considered 'litter' and therefore, toilet papering a house might result in being charged with a crime under this statute. Most states have similar laws - you could call your local police department and ask about the laws in your state.

I live in the UK and this website contains some of the worst propeganda and lies that I have ever seen.
It is nearly impossible to cause 20k damage with Eggs. Unless they were hard boiled, and even then...
re: the information on Cannabis and Alcohol. Do not believe it. Drinking underage is not punished in the UK. We dont have our parties raided or our parents involved. Why are we not all criminals? BECAUSE ALCOHOL does not automatically lead to crime. The same goes for cannabis. We have much higher rates of use of both (under 18), and yet we have much lower crime rates, and safer streets

done it. not a big deal. had my house shot with paintballs. then went out and did it to other peoples houses. my friends were doing it and got caught because the kid was outside his house and threw his bike at my friends car. the problem is that they cant get money for the damage done to the car without admitting to being there to paintball the house. its fun yeah, but dont do it so much it gets out of hand.

Have any of you bubble heads ever had to clean up the mess? I have an acre of cactus and it's a pain to clean up. I have two teenage kids and have been tp'd 8 times. I caught one group and chased the van down the street, jumped on the hood and busted their windshield. Lots of fun. Come over an tp my house and you may get more than you bargined for. GET A LIFE!!!
