I think that people who date older people, should have the right. If you are under 18 you should not have sex, because you could've been pressured into it, without knowing so. You may think you know what's right for you, but you don't.

I was dating a guy that was 21 when I met him. But he thought I was 19, I was 14. He found out didnt care cause he knew me by then, and then I tried to commit suicide, and after I got outta the hostpital he stayed at our house. Since he was the one who called my mom and told her to take me to the hostpital. So yea he go charged with "raping" me. So we got married before the court date, and now I can sue the prosecutor for purgery, and assult for yelling at me and telling me what they wanted to hear about him "raping" me.....So just be careful would say more but outta room.....

I disagree and think that people SHOULD be prosecuted harder depending on age. Someone doing things with a 17 year old isn't bad at all(I'm 17 and I know what is right for me whether the government thinks so or not), yet a 6 year old on the other hand does NOT. Think people, different mind sets(and physical differences) between a 6 year old and a 17 year old.
