Question: If someone threatens to kill me can he/she go to jail?
Answer:
Arizona Law (A.R.S. § 13-1202) states that threatening or intimidating to cause physical injury to another person is a class one (1) misdemeanor. A class one misdemeanor is punishable by up to six (6) months in jail and a $2500 fine. (A.R.S. § 13-707).
