    Question: If you get probation when you are 17 and get a curfew can you be transferred to adult probation so you don't have a curfew?

    Answer: No. Curfew laws are made by city governments and most apply to all youth under the age of 18. Just because you might fall under adult probation does not mean that the curfew laws will not apply to you if you are still 17.

    whats the point in using cerfews? i don't think they should be allowed maybe for younger kids like 5-10 but not for teenagers and preteens. i meran there old enogh to know whats right and wrong and not to talk to strangers, not to take anything from a stranger or not to do drugs. or smoke.
