A lifetime term is best for judges. Impeachment works. We should not go to an election-based federal judges system.

Judges are individuals and not intitled to immunity for acts committed aginst
it's citizens. In reviewing the impeachment of a judge, one has to examine
all the facts. State Judges and Commissioner's are subject to the laws of the
state, to include their state constitution and the constitution of the United
States. They can be removed or impeached. This however, must cause some
headaches for legislation and litigation against judges who have acted wrong.
The best solution I see, is for the legal system to work, each person no matter
who they are, must be held accountable in all asp
