Question: What is the curfew in Tucson, Arizona?
Answer: In Tucson, Arizona curfew is 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for youth under the age of 16. For those between 16 and 17 years of age the curfew is midnight to 5 a.m. In South Tucson, youths under 18 must be off the streets from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Further, youths younger than 16 cannot 'remain, loiter or cruise in any vehicle' in the county or its unincorporated areas between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. The same law applies to 16- and 17-year-olds, between midnight and 5 a.m.
The fine for a curfew violation is $25 for the first violation, up to $50 for the second violation, and up to $75 for the third violation.

I think its not fair beacause its a waste i am writing a paper for english and not all teens are doing the wrong things and if they are there parents should be punishing them and not the law and if your gonna do something bad you can do it in the day time too not just night if you are traviling to school event or something religous the law bends and then why should it be a law at all and why should they stop and qustion you about it i think its up to the parent to decide how late not the law thats why we have parents

This whole "curfew thing" is stupid. I think we should be able to stay out as late as we want because honestly nobody actually goes by the curfew.If teens have curfews then adults, all ages, need them too. Everybody should be off the streets by midnight and if they're not, they better have something stating that they work at these hours.

I really hate to break it to you all, especially the ones who keep quoting the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, but minors have no rights. A person does not acquire any rights until the day they turn 18. Also, a curfew, whether you guys like it or not, is meant to keep minors safe from other people, not necessarily to keep juveniles from committing crimes. between 10 pm and 5 am is when all the druggies and alcoholics come out and state legislatures are trying to help minors.
