My daughter was sexually assaulted when she was 14, a result of this was a child in which we have custody. The assailant has filed papers with the courts to review child support and visitation. My question is what rights does my grandchild have since he is a victim of this crime as well. I do not feel that he should have any rights at all and that my daughter now 18 should be drug into court everytime he gets a notion because she was not the only victim but is the only one to have given birth to a boy. What can be done leagaly to stop him while he is in prison before he gets out?

i think the age of consent should be 17 because thats about when you start realizing your not a kid any more you are going to be 18 then you are responsible for your self but at 16 you are still into the high school drama i had sex at 15 and if i could rewind my life i probably would have waited.
