Question: What are the requirements to become President?

Answer: The United States Constitution outlines the requirements for President in Article 2. This article of the U.S. Constitution also outlines the many powers of the President and Executive branch of government.

Section 1 of Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution states that a President must:

    • be a natural born citizen of the united States
    • be at least 35 years old
    • have lived in the U.S. for at least 14 years

In addition, the 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that a President may not serve more than 2 terms of 4 years each, even if they have only served as President for 2 or more years of one of those terms.

Friggin Obama is doing some sneaky stuff. Get this.... He and Hillary Clinton hated each other last year. I heard that he and Hillary went into a secluded room with no cameras. As they went in, they were enemies. When they came out, they were laughing and best friends. Now Hillary Clinton is Secretary of State. If somehow Joe Biden and Obama got killed, Hillary Clinton would become president. She has one woman over with some of her speeches and she will dominate the presidency.

obama is the least qualified person to be president. he is anything but ready to be president. two years as senator is NOT enough time for him to be ready. the only thing he ever said that got him elected was that he was going to bring change. he'll have four years to show america how unready he is.

First of all Obama was born in this country, may be not within the huge continent but in Hawaii so that makes him a U.S. Natural born citizen and if you want to argue about him than also argue about McCain's birth place because he was born in Panama (U.S. territory) but not at all within the area.

"Omg people!!! some of these peopel didnt do their facts!!! I think Obama will do a great job!! He's the JFk of our time!!" The ignorance of some people is astounding! JFK?! JFK was anti-welfare. Obama is for a welfare state! He wants the government to run everything from your healthcare to your retirement from cradle to grave! JFK said not to ask what your country could do for you, but what you could do for your country! BHO: Don't worry about anything, your government will take care of you!
