Question: When can I start driving?
Answer: You must be 15 years and 7 months old to obtain a driving permit in the State of Arizona.

I live in New Zealand.. And over here we can get our Learners at 15 which means we can only drive with someone who has their full licence.. And 6 months later we can get our Restricted which means we can drive by ourselves with no passengers... And a year after than we can go for our full licences.. Meaning of course, It's a full licence.. You can drive passengers etc. (duh).. All the driving tests except Learners are done in the car on the roads and only take about 30 mins. So if we get our licences as soon as we possibley can (eg learners as soon as we turn 15) we could have our fulls by 16

Here in Texas they are changing the law. You cant drive untill 18 if you were born after December of 1990. I was born in June 1991 and when I finnaly get ready for driving the change the law. Lucky Arizona. (TEXAS STILL RULES THOUGH) and you that wants to drive at 13 I cant drive untill after I graduate from high school and I will still only get a permit!!!
