    Question: If someone threatens to kill me can he/she go to jail?

    Answer:

    Arizona Law (A.R.S. § 13-1202) states that threatening or intimidating to cause physical injury to another person is a class one (1) misdemeanor. A class one misdemeanor is punishable by up to six (6) months in jail and a $2500 fine. (A.R.S. § 13-707).

    for the bellow comment i think you should get a parent or adult involved. If you feel the need to try really hard to get a police officer involved. I also think you should tell your parents or guardian to aquire a firearm to protect your fammily but she probbably all talk
