For a person under the age of twenty-one years to drive or be in physical control of a motor vehicle while there is any spirituous liquor in the person's body (A.R.S. 4-244 (33.)).

For a person under the age of twenty-one years to operate or be in physical control of a motorized watercraft that is underway while there is any spirituous liquor in the person's body (A.R.S. 4-244 (34.)).

Question

I was walking home with 6 friends drunk at 4 am and we were stopped by police. They asked us who had been drinking and the 3 of the 5 who had been drinking were breathalized and arrested, the other two lied and got away with it. We were charged with underage with alcohol in body [ARS 4-244(40)]. We have a court date but do not know whether we need lawyers/what the likely punishment is, any help would be appreciated.

I was in my college dorm, police showed up, i was sleeping, but they said there was noise someone complained. they tested me for drinking and i was a .13. They gave me citation for underage drinking (though there was none in my room or cause). Do I have to go to court? just pay ticket? what is the worst that can happen? i have no prior charges ever.

Whats the worst to happen if i got cought with alcohol?

Why is the drinking age 21 in the U.S. but 18 in other countries?

if you try to buy beer, but don't use a fake id and never say you're 21 can you still get in trouble? if you just walked into a store, get carded, and left, can you still get charged?
