Question: Is it legal to get married under 18 if pregnancy occurs?
Answer:
In Arizona it is legal for people under 18 years of age to marry if they have the consent of their parent or guardian. The permission of one parent is enough, but it must be the one with legal custody of the minor to be married if the parents are living apart.
In Arizona people under 16 years of age may not marry unless they have the consent of their parents and of a superior court judge. Pregnancy is not enough to allow or to force a marriage, but it can be a factor in the decision of the parent or the court to grant permission.

I think the law concerning marriagf ebfore the age of 18 is resonable. I feel that anyone under the age of 18 should indeed have a parents consent. I think waiting until your 25 is a joke. Many people choose to be married young and want to spend, their "Long life", with the person they love. There is nothing wrong with being married at 21, 18, or even 16 for that matter. God Bless the Young People!

I don't agree with any marriage under the age of 25, b/c you have a long life ahead of you and you should wait it out to find that perfect someone, if you find the one at an early age then they would have no problem waitting till 25.
