Suppose your an 30+ year old man and are friends with a 15 year old girl. She gets angry and makes a claim that you had sex with her which is false. Is it fair that this 1 statement could destroy your life , even if found not guilty the effects in the local area are devistating. Since it is far more difficult to prove she is lying then it is to prove that you COULD have done this deed. Where is the Justice?

You are 15 and you had sex with a 35 year old man? Too bad he ended up in jail. I hope you were worth it.
