Question: What is the punishment for Sex with a minor?
Answer: Sexual conduct with a minor who is under fifteen years of age is a class 2 felony and a class 6 felony with a minor who is over fifteen years of age. (ARS § 13-1405)
The punishment for sexual conduct with a minor varies depending on who the offender is and what kinds of prior convictions they may have.
In general, under Arizona Law (ARS § 13-604.01) the minimum punishment for a person convicted of sexual conduct with a minor in the first degree is a term of seventeen years in prison and registration as a sex offender.

my son valentino, is 17, and he started to date a girl which she is 19, I didn't like the idead, because her mom seems notot care who her daughter was dating, she is been around in different relations, and run away from home , but know she came dout pregnant, and I just don't know waht to do, I'm still providing for my son, he does not have a job, and he haven't finish school, she does not have a job, she attends to home study programs, and her parents are ok, with this, but I'm freaking out, because, my son is just a kid, he is not ready for this commitment, what should I do?

well i was with friends and this guy who is 18 and im way younger. he tried to have sex with me and almost succeded but i was so scared i just had so much strength then and i finally pushed him off me. my friends didnt do anything, they just sat there and watched it all happen.i was terrified, i couldnt sleep or eat and after that i became so scared when ever people would come up and grab me to scare me.i was petrified. some friends.
