Question: I am 18 and still enrolled in high school, can my parents legally kick me out of the house?
Answer: Yes. Once you have turned 18 years old, you are legally an adult and your parents no longer have a legal obligation to care for you.
The converse is true as well: once you are 18, you have the legal ability to make decisions for yourself.
The only exception to this is if you were legally incapacitated in some way. For example, if you were judged by a court to be incapable of making decisions for yourself. In that (somewhat rare case) your parents could be appointed as guardians for you after the age of 18 and would still have to provide for you.

This is also clearly stated in the family code, a parent must care for the child even past the age of 18 if the child has not graduated and is working on a HS diploma.

I think that any kid who is still in high school should be allowed to stay with his/her parent until graduation. But the kid needs to be willing to take responsibility for his/her own attitude and actions as well. Without family...we haven't got much anymore.
