    Question: If married in Mexico is it legal in the USA?

    Answer: If it is a legal marriage in Mexico, then it will be legal in the US. The United States recognizes marriages from other countries, provided that you followed the marriage laws of the country you were married in. If you were not married according the the laws of Mexico, then the US would not recognize your marriage as legal.

You get legaized but in order to keep your papers you will have to married at least a year, if you are not married a year or so you will lose your papers and citizenship to the US.
