    Question: If your girlfriend is emancipated and you are over the age of 18 and she is 17 is she allowed to live with you?? Are you able to have sexual intercourse without any legal action?

    Answer: She can live with you if she is emancipated. In AZ you have to be 18 to consent to sex.

All this stuff about "we want to get married and im only 15 blah blah blah" cry me a river. you are 15 years old. too young to be talking about marriage, chances are you will not stay together. now i understand why divorce rates or so high. i married young, but at least i waited until it was legal. no need to rush girls.

    To Britney from NC. IT's not a smart idea to have sex when it's not legal. Parents have put rape charges against older guys even if the girls didn't want them to when they found out about it. Heads up to the guys, girls who are underaged and have gotten dumped or got really jealous have cried rape as a tool for revenge.
