I was currently in a relationship with someone that is 20. I am in foster care, so I had many people who disagreed with the situation. But, someone who works in the SRS field made me sign a paper saying that i wanted a PFA(protection from abuse) order placed against them. I did not want to sign the paper but they told me that the person would go to jail if i did not. I had to sign the paper and now i can not have any contact with that person. Can I go to court for it and fight against it?

just so you know the legal age of concent for FLORIDA is 12!!! yes 12,
sick i know but i do law in NY and also work for a health insurance claims and the policy like if a girl was UNDER the age of concent the insurance would pay for her medical and baby etc. BUT if a girl got pregnant and was of age or older than concent we would not pay medical. and we just had a claim for a family in FL the daughter was 13 and since the age of concent is ( 12 ) her mother has to pay all medical herself :(
