Question: At what age does sex become legal?

Answer: Under Arizona law it is illegal for two people to have sex when one or both of them are younger than 18.

Answer that for me please. My parents were 13 and 19 when they met got married when my mother was 16 and father was 22 and they have been together almost 35 years I don't understand about a year or two in age difference!!!

If you are not old enough to take care of a baby, then you are not old enough to have sex. If you are being financially supported by your parents, then they DO have the right to decide when you have sex because it will be them that ends up supporting a baby.
