I think its up to the couple. Cause they both think their ready, and no one can tell on you, only your legal guardians can press charges on the guy. So it is okay, just hope to god your parents do not find out... Later!

My mom preesed charges against a few guys i had sex with. I was 13 when i consented to have sex with these guys. Come to find out Michigans law is 16. You can have sex with a person who is 30 if you like and they can't do anything. Now I'm 18 and my sister is 15 and might be pregnant with a 18 yr old so my question is who has the rights to the baby. My dad or does she. Plus does the father have rights since she is underage.

I am in your same situation. My boyfriend is 19 (going on 20 in June) and I'm 16 going on 17 in August. My mom and Grandmother were cool about that, infact they love him. But lately things got so screwed up and my mom is saying she is going to make sure he stays away from. The situation doesn't even invovle him, she is doing it to punish me! So she is saying, she's getting the cops involved. I don't know what she can do about it. He hasn't done anything to anybody. But she insists on getting him in trouble. I need help too. I don't know if I could go on knowing she did that to him and me!
