    Question:

Are motorized skateboards illegal or is anything being done to make them illegal?

    Answer:

Motorized skateboard use is covered by city laws. For example, in Tempe, the law states that no child under the age of 14 can operated a motorized skateboard. (Section 19-23). Tempe City codes also state that no person other than the owner of the motorized skateboard is authorized to ride it and that no passengers are allowed on it. To be sure, check with your local police department to find out about laws concerning motorized skateboards in your community.

Yes, I agree with you! Well, at least you don't live in a really saml town where the cops are all idiots and have nothing better to do then give kids on Goped® tickets (or cietations). I spend over 1000 dollars on fixing up my x ped; i had it for about 4 months and my township banned them. Why, might you ask? No one knows for sure, everytime they ask they change the reason, " Oh there too lou, coplaints, kids act immature while driving them (aka bull!),
