    I think kids under 14 should be able to ride Gopeds®. I'm 12 and I got my Goped® when I was 8 and I rode for only 3 years. The DMV should make a Goped® test for kids under 14. Then they should give them licenses. I hate this rule and it makes me mad!!!!!!!!!

    Gopeds® are highly unstable vehicles. Speeds of excess of 25 mph is just plane suicidal. However, think of your Goped® as a bicycle, where bicycles can go, your Goped® can probably go as well. Perhaps there is a bicycle lane on those roads that you previously described.
