Question: If married in Mexico is it legal in the USA?
Answer: If it is a legal marriage in Mexico, then it will be legal in the US. The United States recognizes marriages from other countries, provided that you followed the marriage laws of the country you were married in. If you were not married according the the laws of Mexico, then the US would not recognize your marriage as legal.

I think you should really give this marriage a lot of thought. A lot of marriages end up in divorce because they were rushed. You are ready to spend the rest of your life with this one guy?
