Okay, your full of it. Marijuana is not mentally addictive. You claim to be addicted to it....well you're not. It can be physically addictive, but it is NOT mentally addictive. I just got arrested for it, and spent the night in a county jail, and let me tell you it was not fun. It has serious consequences, and it's not worth it. If you're a strong person, you can quit. It's not hard. But if you're using it to make your problems go away, then you have much more serious problems than smoking marijuana. I smoked it just for fun, because it made things funny and more enjoyable, not to mak

Hi!I think that in this case that marijuana is a misdemeanor when the person has very little pot on them or have just been smoking pot.The consequences for this should be community service or something like that I think every teen has thought about it or even tried pot.If it is the person's first offense then they should only get community service or something of that sort but when it keeps going on maybe the teen should get some different sort of punishment more severe.

Hi im doing a project on teens and drugs. Its pretty sad to here that teens do drugs after hearing all the stuff that it can do to you in d.a.r.e. You would think that they would be smart and not do them. Expecially with the law and us learning about it. And what happened to adults being carefull and talking to their children about what it could do to you. I have alot more questions I could ask but i dont have time so i said what i could.

Wow thats truly sad to hear someone is actually strung out on pot ,but i guess if tobacco and alcohol can beat a person up than pot can just easily do the same, but I don't think its addictive nature should be used as reason for its prohibition. Otherwise , things like tobacco , alcohol and even drugs liek ephedrine should be held in the same light. These and other drugs are in the best case scenario just as a ddictive but normally has proven to be more addictive when compared to pot. Often people try to say the difference and the harmful nature can be seen with pot's connection with lung can

I just want to say that you can quit it. The feeling is not the best thing in the world. When you're on it you basically feel the way you'd feel if everything was going great but you can get that feeling without the marijuana. But if it makes you feel more creative I suggest you keep a journal and write everything that's on your mind. It will take your mind off it. And the penalties are definitely going to screw you up. Three to six months in prison if you're not careful. Hope this might help someone.
