Question: Can minors get pulled over solely for having super tinted windows? What is the legal limit for tinted windows?

    Answer:

In Arizona, anyone can get pulled over for violating the law concerning the tinting of windows. Arizona Law (A.R.S. § 28-959.01) says that any material on the window that lets through less than 33% of the light entering it is illegal.

It's not a big thing on tint limit. Windows are just that, windows. If a cop comes up and can't see what's going on in your car, and why's he looking? Cause you did something to warrant it in the first place. The police are out to protect the public from our selves. And one thing, if your tint is so dark that the inside of your car can't be seen from the outside, how do cops know you're young? They don't until you do something stupid to get pulled over. So learn to drive and quit trying to race imports.

Well, you are all right in your own sort of way, hear are the facts. Yes, some people get tinting because they feel they have to hid somthing. And this is dangerious. However, I have tinting because I do not want the sunlight Destroying my leather seats or fading the interior of the car. This may sound fickle, but I have a really nice car and people with a nice car can appreaciate this. Also some cops are not dicrimminating, but others are, it is foolish to say that all cops are that way and it is foolish to say all are not. No one is perfict so there are those who do there job and there are

i think that as long as you can see out of the windows that it should be ok and plus the tinted windows keep the sun from blinding you and that could prevent a car wreck
