Question: Can I read my Bible in school to my self in class?
Answer: The work that students do in class is subject to the control of
the teacher. However, if a teacher gives no guidelines on what students
may select to read during a free reading period, a student may read the
Bible or any other religious literature.

I don't think it matters what kind of book you read, as long as you aren't reading it while the teacher is talking, or when you aren't supposed to. Just be sure to bring a fake cover, because some people will wonder why you're reading the bible! (No offense to ANY religions.)

you should be allowed to read whatever you want in school. It is no one elses business what religin you are and it make me made when prayer was taken out of public schools. If you don't want to pray then just don't pray. Don't take that privilage away from everyone else just because you don't want to.

Your school is like its own mini government. A students constitutional rights do not apply on campus. You have to follow what ever rules they lay out for you.
