Question: Does a minor have the right, when pregnant, to keep the baby against parental consent?
Answer: In Arizona, the parents of a pregnant minor cannot legally force their child to have an abortion. If the minor chooses to give birth and not place the baby with adoptive parents, the minor's parents are NOT legally obligated to support the baby. If the minor and the baby's father and any other willing relatives cannot or will not support or care for the baby, the government may step in. This could result in the baby becoming Dependent. Some Dependent children live with birth parents or other relatives but are subject to government monitoring. Other Dependent babies are placed in foster care.

I dont think your parents can make you do anything you dont wana do because your pregnant so younge. I had my baby at 13 years old and I dont regret keeping her because I love her so much and Im back in school and I've acheived so much and maybe you can to if you take the effort and time you need.

i dont think a 14yr old should be pregnant at that age they should be waiting intill they are 16 or older because if my parents new that i was pregnant at 14 my parents will seened me to a kids home and never see me again. i have a friend that is 15 and she is pregnant with a 19yr old man and her family just gave up on her so the living with the 19 yr old. he taking care of her intill she gets a job and the baby is allready 1mouth old i think some people are so stuped because the get pregnant alot when they are young they get pregnant with a older man thats not right that is against the law
