Question: Can I rent my own apartment without the permission of my parents?
Answer: Since renting an apartment requires you to enter into a contract, you should look for similar Q & A's in the Speak Up Answer area regarding Minors and Contracts.
You need to contact the Attorney General's Office in Arizona or your state to find out if you would be legally able to sign a lease or rental agreement without the permission of your parents.

I want to be in my own my apartment when i'm 18, problem is that when i'm 18 i'll still be in high school but i feel that i'm independent and responsible enough to take care of myself and be on my own, but my question is, can you be 18 and still in high school and able to get an apartment?
