Question: What are the consequences if I leave home before I turn 18 years old?

    Answer:

If a person under 18 leaves home without permission from a parent or legal guardian, he or she can be prosecuted as an incorrigible child (A.R.S. § 8-201(15)(c)). Some of the potential consequences of being found incorrigible include being fined, be placed on probation, and being ordered to do community service. The specific charges and consequences are left up to the officer of the court.

I am 17, I also have a daughter she is 15 months. My mom is so crazy. I think she has problems inside herself that she takes out on me. She used to do drugs a long time ago. I know she back doing them again, she is emotionally making me depressed. One minute she is nice, then the next if I don't say something the way she wants me to say it then she turns into this lady. The other day she jumped on me and started chocking me. Then called me b****ches and all kind of stuff. She also told me I need to move, then the next day she act as if it didnt even happen. I am tierd of this.
