Question: I am 18 and still enrolled in high school, can my parents legally kick me out of the house?
Answer: Yes. Once you have turned 18 years old, you are legally an adult and your parents no longer have a legal obligation to care for you.
The converse is true as well: once you are 18, you have the legal ability to make decisions for yourself.
The only exception to this is if you were legally incapacitated in some way. For example, if you were judged by a court to be incapable of making decisions for yourself. In that (somewhat rare case) your parents could be appointed as guardians for you after the age of 18 and would still have to provide for you.

Because I want him to get an education, and I fear he will drop out or fail if I'm not there to guide him in the right direction, he has never shown good common sense, he lies all the time, and when he leaves the house just to go to the bus stop, he turns into some foul mouth vendictive jerk. What do you think.

He is disruptive to the whole house. We have tried everything we know of, and I do mean everything.

He on the other hand is one problem after another, and we've had him in every program available, he just doesn't want to adhere to rules and he's made it clear he wont. It's a cruel world out there and i know we've done our best. He's going to find out it's not so easy out there.
