Question: What are the laws regarding minors and sexual consent?
Answer: In Arizona, a person under the age of 18 cannot consent to engage in sexual conduct. Other states have similar laws. You can find out about laws in your state by visiting your state government web page and using key words such as codes, statutes, legislation, etc.

It has nothing to do with maturity on whom you date. The Law prohibits this because a 32 year old shouldn't be seeing a fourteen anyway. I totally agree with this law because what if this thirty-eight year old is a child molestar who's only desire is to pimp other younger teens. Anyway a 32 year old man or woman has no business messing with a teenager because it is not their age group and also this elderly man in my opinion has no life if his g/fs are fifteen and twleve. We need to draw the line to about eighteen or maybe nineteen because these people are almost adults.
