Question: Is it true that Arizona is the only state where possession of tobacco or tobacco products by minors is illegal?

Answer: As of February 28, 1997, Federal law does not allow retailers to sell cigarettes, tobacco, or smokeless tobacco to anyone under the age of 18. This law applies to all states. Laws regarding the possession of tobacco are left up to the individual states. Even though we have not been able to research all of the state laws, we do know that Arizona is not alone in the law prohibiting minors from possessing tobacco products.

Smoking does relieve stress. But if I chose to smoke it is because I want to and no one can change that. If people want to smoke, let them. They are educated enough to what it does to you. So leave us alone!

smoking relieves stress??? ya, well so does jogging, singing, painting, writing...counting to ten and taking deep breaths. if you need to smoke to calm down, then get a hobby! smoking is stupid. it smells bad, makes you (your clothes and breath) smell bad, it's highly over priced, and it stains your teeth brown and yellow. by the way, IT KILLS YOU! use common sense. there is nothing good or attractive about smoking. let me tell you something about emphazima; once you're diagnosed with it, you've got it. it never goes away! my grandfather died form lung cancer. just think about how stupid and g
