    Question: When is marijuana possession a misdemeanor? What are the consequences?

    Answer: In Arizona, possession of less than two pounds of marijuana is a class 6 felony. The Office of the County Attorney may charge a class 6 felony as a misdemeanor at their discretion. See the Youth Laws Section - 'What kids are being arrested for?'

    I think that everyone needs to stop talking crap about bud. Alcohol can kill you and its legal, when was the last time you saw someone O.D.? I just think that people shouldnt judge you just cause you smoke some pot otherwise we should all criticize our parents for drinking.

But now looking back I realiza the meaning of FRIENDS. Stoners aren't pal's they are pot heads... The Ironic thing tho is that I still find myself searching for the good times.
